How is it my order made?
For our clothing products that have an all-over print, we use a method called sublimation printing along with high quality fabric. This means your product will never crack, fade or peel.
Unlike screen printing, sublimation prints do not crack, peel, or deteriorate over time. The design is integrated into the fabric.
Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
I received a damaged order, what do I do?
If your item arrives notably damaged, with an obvious print defect or is not the item you ordered, we’ll offer you a replacement or refund, after a quick photo review of the issue. Please make sure to do so within 14 days of receiving item, otherwise we cannot offer you a replacement or refund.
Simply contact us with your order details, description of the damage/issue and a photo of the issue. We’ll work to set things right!
I ordered the wrong size, can I have this exchanged?
When an order is placed, we pay for the materials and labor for the order to be produced so exchanges are unfortunately not accepted. Please review sizing chart and order carefully at checkout.
Can I cancel / change my order?
Once an order has been placed, the costs associated with materials and labor are promptly incurred for the production of your order. This allows us to get you your product as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
I changed my mind, can I return it and ask for a refund?
For non-defective products, we do not accept returns as each item is made-to-order.
There are loose threads on my produce
As we mass produce handmade-to-order items, a couple of loose threads is normal. Simply use a pair of scissors to cut any attached threads and continue to use the product.

What should I expect?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and we get started making your item.
Once complete and processed for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where is my order?
Please double check with your local post office/courier in case of delivery related issues. Packages are sometimes sent to post office if no one is home to receive delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to the United States.
How do I use a discount code?
Simply enter the discount code upon checkout and you should see it be applied to you order.
Can I add a discount code in after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to override the system. Please make sure to apply the discount before completing checkout.
